What to expect
The consultation itself.
A consultation isn't a sales call. We spend the first fifteen minutes understanding where your business actually is — entity, financial history, books, open obligations, upcoming capital needs — and the next fifteen deciding together whether the next ninety days makes sense for you.
If it doesn't, we'll tell you plainly. If it does, we'll send a written scope and move forward. We don't do free work, but we also don't pressure anyone into paid work that isn't the right fit.
